Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States.

All orders placed after 1 PM ET will start processing on the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Allow 2-5 business days for standard processing Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm EST.

BOUGIE BEACH CANDLE ships via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages.

The shipping fee is calculated by the USPS based on weight, size, and destination. US Mail offers flat rate priority mail options that we have found to be timely and cost effective for shipping.

We package with great care to ensure safe delivery and to prevent damage.

Once your order is in the hands of the post office, we will not be held liable for any damage or delays. If your order arrives damaged or tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
Returns + refunds

We do accept returns of new, unused candles with original tags and packaging. Candles must be unused and in the same condition they were received.

Returns must be started within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed once they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed into your account.

Please note, all discounted items are a final sale.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to show on your bank account/credit card after the refund has been processed.
