For Returns:
- We do accept returns of new, unused, candles with original tags and packaging. Candles must be unused and in the same condition they were received.
- Returns must be started within 15 days of delivery.

To make an exchange, it is best to complete your return and place a new order.

For Cancellations:
- Cancellations up to 24 hours from when the order was placed, will be fully refunded. All others will be treated as a Return.
- Please use the Contact form on the website for all Cancellations.
Processing:

All orders placed after 1 PM ET will start processing on the next business day. All orders placed after 5 PM ET Friday will begin to process Monday.

Allow 2-5 business days for standard processing.

A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. We cannot take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.

Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States.

BOUGIE BEACH CANDLE ships via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days), Flat Rate, whenever possible.

If Flat Rate is not an option, the shipping fee is calculated by the USPS based on weight, size, and destination.

Once your order has been processed by USPS, you will be provided with a Tracking Number.

We package with great care to ensure safe delivery and to prevent damage. Once your order is in the hands of the USPS, we will not be held liable for any damage, delays, or lost/missing packages.
