- We do accept returns of new, unused, candles with original tags and packaging. Candles must be unused and in the same condition they were received.
- Returns must be started within 15 days of delivery.

To make an exchange, it is best to complete your return and place a new order.

For Cancellations:
- Cancellations up to 24 hours from when the order was placed, will be fully refunded. All others will be treated as a Return.

- All orders placed after 1 PM ET will start processing on the next business day. All orders placed after 5 PM ET Friday will begin to process Monday.
- Allow 2-5 business days for standard processing
