For Returns:

- We do accept returns of new, unused candles, with original tags and packaging. Candles must be unused and in the same condition they were received.

- Returns must be started within 15 days of delivery.

- Start a refund by emailing returns@bougiebeachvida.com with your order number.

To make an exchange, it is best to complete your return and place a new order.

For Cancellations:

- Cancellations up to 24 hours from when the order was placed, will be fully refunded. All others will be treated as a Return.
